At ENVE Composites, we are committed to providing the highest quality carbon components and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your ride, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your ENVE products in their original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned components for unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
